1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ALONO MEDIA LLC, doing business as CreatorLock (“CreatorLock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, connecting an integration, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use CreatorLock for a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and agreements with third-party platforms.
3. The Service
CreatorLock helps creators identify potential brand opportunities, organize deal information, analyze communications, prepare or send replies according to account settings, track negotiations, and receive notifications. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.
You authorize CreatorLock to take the actions you enable, including accessing connected Gmail data, applying labels, preparing or sending email responses, and sending Telegram notifications. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
4. AI-assisted features and your responsibility
CreatorLock uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular negotiation. You remain responsible for your communications, deal decisions, contractual commitments, rates, taxes, disclosures, and compliance obligations.
CreatorLock is not a law firm, talent agency, financial adviser, accountant, or fiduciary, and the Service does not provide legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Review important terms and obtain professional advice when appropriate.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price and interval displayed at checkout. You authorize CreatorLock and Stripe to charge your selected payment method, including applicable taxes. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, CreatorLock does not provide a free trial.
You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewal and generally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. We may change pricing prospectively with notice required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use CreatorLock to:
- Violate law, regulation, sanctions, or another person’s rights.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or unsolicited communications.
- Access accounts or data without authorization or misrepresent your identity or authority.
- Introduce malware, interfere with the Service, evade access or usage limits, or probe systems without written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as allowed by applicable law or a written agreement.
- Use the Service or its outputs to develop a competing model or service through automated extraction or scraping.
7. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content and account data you provide or make available through connected services (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the user-facing Service, comply with law, and follow your instructions.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to process Your Content as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
8. CreatorLock intellectual property
CreatorLock, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and technology, is owned by ALONO MEDIA LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
9. Third-party services
CreatorLock depends on services such as Google, Telegram, Stripe, hosting providers, and AI service providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, outages, account restrictions, or changes. Your access to CreatorLock features may be affected if a third-party connection is revoked or unavailable.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or if needed to protect users or the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions intended by their nature to survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ALONO MEDIA LLC disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results. We do not guarantee that CreatorLock will identify every deal, prevent every unwanted message, achieve any negotiation result, or operate without interruption or error.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALONO MEDIA LLC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid CreatorLock during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALONO MEDIA LLC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, Your Content, your communications or transactions, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which ALONO MEDIA LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts serving the location of ALONO MEDIA LLC’s principal office, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service unless we enter a separate written agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
