1. Who we are
CreatorLock is operated by ALONO MEDIA LLC (collectively, “CreatorLock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to creatorlock.io, the CreatorLock application, and related services (the “Service”).

2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
We collect information such as your name, email address, account identifier, creator preferences, rates, contact information, and settings you provide.
Google and Gmail information
When you connect Gmail, you authorize CreatorLock to access the Gmail information needed to identify potential brand deals, understand message threads, organize relevant messages, prepare responses, send authorized replies, and provide the features shown in the Service. This may include message headers, sender and recipient information, subjects, snippets, message bodies, thread and message identifiers, timestamps, labels, and OAuth credentials used to maintain the connection.
Deal and communication information
We process deal terms, offers, suggested or sent responses, deal status, negotiation history, and actions you take in CreatorLock or through connected Telegram features.
Billing information
Stripe processes payment-card details. We receive related billing records such as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and billing dates, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
Technical information
We may collect IP address, browser and device information, request and error logs, authentication events, and usage information needed to secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot CreatorLock.
- Authenticate users and maintain connected integrations.
- Detect, organize, analyze, and display creator brand deals.
- Draft, send, and track deal communications according to your settings and actions.
- Send requested deal notifications through Telegram.
- Process subscriptions and enforce paid access.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with law.
- Improve user-facing Service features using information as allowed by this policy and applicable provider requirements.
4. Google API data and Limited Use
CreatorLock’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve prominent, user-facing CreatorLock features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. We do not permit humans to read Gmail message content except when you give affirmative permission for support or security purposes, when necessary to investigate abuse, or when required by law.
CreatorLock does not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Message content may be sent to an AI service provider only to deliver CreatorLock’s user-facing email analysis and response features on your behalf.
5. How we disclose information
We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, follow your instructions, protect the Service, or comply with law. Categories of recipients may include:
- Hosting, database, authentication, monitoring, and infrastructure providers.
- AI processing providers used to classify messages and draft responses for CreatorLock features.
- Google for Gmail connectivity and requested Gmail actions.
- Telegram when you enable deal notifications.
- Stripe for subscriptions, billing, and payment processing.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction participants when legally necessary or in connection with a business transfer.
Service providers may process information only to provide contracted services to us and are subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account or Gmail connection remains active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through ordinary retention cycles.
7. Your choices, disconnection, and deletion
You may disconnect Gmail from CreatorLock’s Integrations page. You may also revoke access from your Google Account’s third-party access settings. Disconnecting stops future Gmail access but does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.
To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated personal information, email support@creatorlock.io from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity. We will delete or de-identify eligible information from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention needs.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
9. International processing
CreatorLock and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the Service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
